Planning Scheme Amendments

Council’s Strategic Planning team prepare plans and strategies to guide how land is used and developed in South Gippsland.

This includes township growth, rural and coastal plans and plans to manage risks like flooding and bushfire. The Strategic Planning team implement the key outcomes of these plans through planning scheme amendments.
