Interview and Selection Process
After the closing date, short listing of applicants to attend an interview will occur.
Interviews are generally conducted by a panel of three, following behavioural interviewing techniques designed to explore your previous and current work experience, skills and knowledge. You may also be asked scenario-based questions which will help us determine your likely approach to a particular situation.
Where a position requires strong team work and communication skills, you may be asked to attend a group interview with a number of other candidates.
The type of interview you will be attending will be identified, along with the date and location, on an email invitation our People and Culture team issue to shortlisted candidates. You can then confirm your attendance by responding to the invitation.
Following your interview, we will conduct reference checks and psychometric assessments to ensure selection of the most appropriate candidate.
