Korumburra Streetscape
Completed Works
The Korumburra Streetscape Project is a multi-stage project that aims to revitalise the Korumburra CBD. It includes redevelopment of parts of Little Commercial Street, Commercial Street, Radovick Street, Bridge Street and will complement works planned for the Rail Precinct. The project aims to deliver on elements identified in the Korumburra Town Framework and Streetscape master-planning works completed in 2016.
Funding of $5 million has been approved through the Victorian Government's Community Infrastructure Loans Scheme for project.
Little Commercial Street Works Completed
Streetscape works in Little Commercial Street were completed during 2023. Delivered by local contractors, the project has provided improved access for pedestrians and traffic, and complements the completed Korumburra Community Hub.
