The Warragul Road Development Plan was adopted by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 25 October 2019. It affects land at 35 Warragul Road Korumburra. As set out in Development Plan Overlay - Schedule 8 which applies to the land, any subdivision of the land must be generally in accordance with an approved development plan for the area. |
