The South Gippsland Concert Band was formed forty years ago with the aim of bringing together musicians who had left school, school students who needed more opportunities to play and older players who needed an outlet for their skills. Originally known as Leongatha Concert Band, then South Gippsland Wind Orchestra, today we are a diverse group in both age and experience. We welcome every musician no matter what your age or experience. The only criterion required to join us is a love of making music. Our repertoire consists of Classics, Musical Theatre, Marches, Standards and the best new modern works. |

Rehearsals are held on Mondays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm in the Auditorium at Coal Creek, Korumburra. Supper is provided. |
