Development Plans - Warragul Road Korumburra Development Plan
Proposal |
Council has received a request from Phillip Island Planning Services to approve a Development Plan for the land at 35 Warragul Road Korumburra. The development plan application was formally submitted to Council on 25 October 2019. The proposal seeks to create approximately 30 residential lots. The Development Plan has been submitted in response to the requirements of the Development Plan Overlay (DPO) Schedule 8: Residential Growth Area (North West Korumburra). The land was rezoned for residential development in April 2015 by Planning Scheme Amendment C96. Council must satisfy itself that the Development Plan submitted satisfies the requirements of the DPO8 before it will be approved by Council. The Development Plan is on public exhibition until close of business on 22 May 2020. It is important to note that if the Development Plan is approved by Council, no further public notification for the subdivision of the land will occur. If you have any concerns regarding the Development Plan, you must advise Council in writing of these concerns as part of this current process. |
