The Simons Lane - Low Density Residential Rezoning was adopted by Council at Ordinary Meeting No. 355 on the 22 February 2012. It affects 185 Simons Lane, Leongatha. The plan is available at page 114 of the Council minutes. As set out in Development Plan Overlay - Schedule 4 which applies to the land, any subdivision of the land at 185 Simons Land, Leongatha must be generally in accordance with an approved development plan for the area. |
