Community Satisfaction Surveys
Each year the State Government engages independent consultants to conduct a random sample survey of 400 South Gippsland residents to measure the perceived performance of Council. The results are attached below for your information.
The 2012 results provide a benchmark for tracking comparisons in subsequent years.
Broad Council performance measures are highlighted, along with areas for improvement, in these reports. The reports identify areas for improvement.
Through these reports, Council can monitor its performance against other 'large rural shires' in its comparative council group and look at ways to increase community satisfaction with Council services.
