This form is required to be completed by community groups that wish to hold a community event where Council assets may be affected eg. roads, footpaths, carparks etc.

Event information
If you are planning to hold an event on Council owned, public or private land, here is some information that may assist:
- As an event organiser, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of people at your event and the general community.
- If you event involves road closures, permits will be required and make take up to 60 days notice.
