Apply for copy of building permits and documentation
Many people enquire about obtaining a copy of their house plans or building permits documents when planning alterations or selling their property. Our building permit records date back approximately 15 to 30 years depending on the location of the property; therefore not all house plans are available.
Please be aware that written consent is required from the owner or mortgagee if the applicant is not the owner/mortgagee of the property.
