South Gippsland Planning Scheme

All land in South Gipppsland is governed by rules depending on what planning zone has been applied to the land. Additionally, land may also be affected by an overlay (flooding, bushfire, heritage etc).

You can find out what zoning your land is or what overlays may apply by generating a property report.
